Bianca’s strategic leadership enabled Aily Labs to be profitable from year 1 and self-funded until raising $21 million in Series A funding from Insight Partners in 2023. Prior to founding Aily Labs, Bianca held various senior global positions in Digital Finance for Novartis and Sandoz and consulted for diverse industries, including E.ON and BMW. She received her degree in Business Administration from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) and her Honors Degree in Technology Management from Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). Bianca also studied Economics, Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law at the Universtitatea Lucian Blaga Sibiu.
