Registration

• What is included in my booking?

  When you make your booking, you are sent a pro-forma invoice. On this document, there are details of what you booked, including any add-ons. 

  4-6 Weeks before the event, you will receive a “booking confirmation” email, which includes details of your booking, where you are staying, and key information for the event.

• Am I eligible for the EUCROF Member discount?

• I have multiple people to register. Do I have to make separate bookings for each person?

  If you need to book your whole team at once but details are not finalised, please make the booking with the number of people you would like to add, and add “TBC” in all required fields (e.g. name, email address, etc). You can email us at a later date with the following information for each person: 

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Job title
  • Organisation 
  • Dietary/Access needs
• I have registered and forgotten to note my dietary needs.

  Please email us with your invoice number and explain which change you would like to make. 

• I want to add hotel accommodation to my booking

  Please email us with your invoice number and explain which change you would like to make. 

• I want to change my booking option

  Please email us with your invoice number and explain which change you would like to make. 

• I can't attend and want to give my place to someone I know - how do I do this?

  Please email us explaining you want to transfer your place, and include the following details: 

  • Your invoice number
  • Your full name
  • New attendee details:  
    • Email address
    • Full name
    • Job title
    • Organisation
    • Any access needs or dietary requirements they may have
• I want to cancel my place
