 Dr Garty is scientist by education and by profession. After acquiring a PhD degree at the Weizmann Institute and postdoctoral Fogarty fellowship at the NIH, she joined the Pharma industry and for the past 33 years, has been part the clinical trials arena. She started at the bottom and had gone to the top. She has gained a broad experience in development of both drugs and medical devices. 

For 15 years she managed the Israeli office of a multinational CRO. In 2014 the Israeli entity was acquired by Perfection-CRO, which is owned and managed by Dr. Garty till today. Dr. Garty has joined EUCROF in 2016 and is an active member of the Paediatric Work Group.

Marcello Milano is a director in the R&D and Regulatory Policy team at BioMarin, a global biotechnology company that develops innovative therapies for rare genetic diseases. In his role, Marcello focuses on EU regulatory intelligence, regulatory policy development and advocacy as a member of working groups across industry organizations, including EuropaBio, EUCOPE, ARM, MPP and BIA. Amongst other roles, he acts as EUCOPE alternate in the Accelerating Clinical Trials in Europe (ACT-EU) Multistakeholder Platform Advisory Group.

Marcello has been part of the biopharmaceutical industry for about 30 years, of which nearly 20 in the regulatory affairs field, with previous roles in Chiesi and GSK. He holds a chemistry degree from the University of Padua, Italy.

Dr. Alexandre Malouvier, Ph.D., is the Senior Director, Scientific Affairs & Digital Innovation at ICON plc where he leads the development of new technologies for clinical research involving secondary data utilisation, digital endpoints, eClinical, and AI. In parallel, he belongs to ICON’s AI Centre of Excellence where he represents the operational side of the business. He has been in the industry for nearly 30 years working mainly in the RWE space.

Alexandre is an active member of the French Association of CROs (AFCROs) and of EUCROF. He is also a member of the Scientific and Ethics Committee of the Future4Care which helps accelerating start-ups in the eClinical domain. He authors white papers on clinical research technology, and he helps organizing industry conferences. He has been invited as keynote speaker in many events.

Dr. Malouvier teaches clinical research at the Biomedical Faculty of the Université Paris Cité where he helped creating five curricula around drug development. He also seats in the Strategic Orientation Committee of the University.

Nina Biblaia is the marketing director at Paspigioni, where she leads the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for clinical trial organizations and commercialization plans through close collaboration with industry partners. She is responsible for building global brand presence and overseeing all marketing activities for the Paspigioni, which is dedicated to excellence in interventional and non-interventional clinical trials, across all phases (I–IV), with specialized expertise, deep therapeutic knowledge, and regional reach.

With a background in market research, competitive intelligence, and strategic communications, Nina brings expertise from roles at Paspigioni, Ernst & Young, and Ciklum, covering sectors such as clinical research, enterprise software, and healthcare technology.

Doris Neuhauser is a seasoned clinical research and pharmaceutical professional with over 25 years of experience in leading the development and execution of clinical trials across various therapeutic areas and European markets. She has proven expertise in managing Phase I–III trials, with a strong focus on oncology, neuroscience, immunology, infectious diseases, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and rare diseases.

Doris spent 20 years at Eli Lilly, a global pharmaceutical company, where she focused on clinical research operations in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Italy. She also possesses extensive experience in global project management, with proficiency in applying Six Sigma methodologies.

She served as the Country Lead for Austria at TransCelerate, a global collaboration dedicated to innovating and streamlining drug development. Additionally, she was an active member of the Clinical Research Group of Pharmig, the Austrian Pharmaceutical Industry Association.

For the past six years, Doris has been serving as Country Head for Austria at PSI CRO, a global full-service contract research organization. In this role, she is responsible for full operational oversight, including resource allocation, budgeting, trial delivery, and regulatory compliance. She also acts as the primary liaison to executive leadership, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders.

PSI Austria is an associate member of EUCROF (European CRO Federation), and Doris will co-host the EUCROF Annual Conference in February 2026 in Amsterdam.
