Geert Briers
CEO, Deltaclinical
Geert Briers is the founder and CEO of Deltaclinical, a company specializing in clinical trial home visits and site support in hospitals. Deltaclinical is based in Belgium and has an extensive network of nurses worldwide.
Geert holds a nursing degree and a Master’s degree in Hospital Management from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, as well as postgraduate studies in business administration at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
Before starting his own company, which focuses on home visits and site support, he worked as a critical care nurse and in hospital management. Additionally, he gained experience in several phase I units and worked as a study coordinator and CRA for various clinical trials and medical device studies.
Currently, his main focus is on patient centricity, aiming to make clinical trials more convenient for patients and sites by conducting certain trial visits at their homes.
