The overwhelming demand resulted in an early sell-out of both exhibition and sponsorship opportunities, emphasizing the pivotal role and fervent enthusiasm within the clinical research community.
Given the exceptional response witnessed at our previous gathering, we are employing the “expression of interest” method once again for EUCROF25.

- Indicate your interest by completing the form below. This initial step signals your intent without any binding obligation.
- Await the forthcoming exhibitor and sponsor guide, which will provide comprehensive details on pricing.
- Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities will be allocated based on the order of received expressions of interest, with priority given to the earliest expressions of interest for specific items.
- You will have a 48-hour window to secure your preferred option before it is offered to the next interested party.
- Any remaining opportunities will subsequently be opened up to all interested parties.
