Valerie Vandeweerd is a medical doctor with clinical experience as a practicing gynaecologist, before joining Johnson & Johnson�s Clinical Innovation team. Motivated by the large amount of clinical data that remains underused today, she is now CEO and co-founder of Monsana, where she focuses on using AI to better connect hospitals, patients, and clinical trials, with the aim of accelerating patient recruitment and facilitating access to innovative treatments.
