Theodora Savlovschi Wicks is the founder of Vivexa Partners, a human-first, AI-assisted global talent partnership and recruitment solutions consultancy.
Multilingual, and having lived in different parts of Europe and worked in Europe, North America, LATAM and APAC, Theodora brings a deeply international perspective to clinical operations hiring. Over the past 15 years, she has overseen and orchestrated the hiring of more than 1,200 clinical professionals, the majority through long-standing partnerships with CROs.
Her work sits at the intersection of people, performance and trust, helping organisations build clinical teams with the right technical capability, cultural fit and retention power.
She is particularly interested in how the industry can use technology wisely without losing the human judgment, nuance and relationship-building that good recruitment has always depended on.
Additionally, Theodora is Regional Chair of CEE for the Healthcare Businesswomen Association and an active member of its EMEA Operating Board. Her passion is creating representative opportunities and bridging the communication gap between talent and hiring organisations.
