Siard Houtzager

Siard has spent almost 10 years in academic research focused on neuroscience before joining the Regulatory Affairs Department at Centocor, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, in 2002. Over the last 20 years, he has specialized in clinical trial regulatory affairs, leading the Clinical Trial Operations submission team.
Since 2021, he has contributed to the implementation of the EU Clinical Trial Regulation at Johnson & Johnson.
In 2023, he took on the role of EMEA Regulatory Policy Lead, where he focuses on driving policy changes to enhance the clinical trial environment in Europe.
