Majd Mirza is Chief Innovation Officer at Viedoc Technologies, where he leads the company’s work on Subject Data Connectivity, the layer above EDC that connects EDC, eCOA, ePRO, EHR, sensor, lab, and real-world data into one continuous, governed view. Over three years he has driven its evolution from an initial data bridge into an architecture built for end-to-end traceability, governed access, and AI-readiness from the foundation up. He works at the intersection of clinical data architecture, data standards, regulatory direction, and what it takes to make clinical AI trustworthy.
Majd’s career in clinical data started in 2009 as a clinical data manager at Viedoc, when the company operated as a CRO. After his first eighteen months on live studies he moved full-time into system development, and has remained with Viedoc ever since. Across seventeen years at the company he has worked as system developer, Head of Development, CTO, and now Chief Innovation Officer. His work has consistently sat at the intersection of engineering and product, with the user perspective formed in those early CDM years serving as a continuous reference point for what clinical platforms need to do for the people who use them. The Subject Data Connectivity platform is the line of work he is currently driving.
