Georgi Gerov, MD is the Founder of Q CONS Quality Consultancy and an independent Enterprise Quality Consultant specialising in GCP, GDP, GLP, and GPvP across global pharmaceutical, biotech and CRO environments. A former practicing physician bringing 20+ years of progressive quality leadership including Associate Director Quality Control EMEA at Covance (one of the world’s largest CROs) and director-level quality roles at Allucent and Optimapharm. His work spans inspection readiness, ICH E6(R3) implementation, quality culture transformation, CAPA governance and risk-based audit programme design across EMEA, North America and Asia-Pacific. He has led organisations through EMA GCP, MHRA, and PMDA inspections with a consistent zero critical findings track record. A published author and recent speaker at the Pharma & Biotech Quality Summit Munich and the RQA International QA Virtual Conference, based in Switzerland and operating globally.
