Berk Ozdemir

Berk Ozdemir, born in Ankara in 1979, graduated from Gazi University, Department of Chemical Engineering, in 2003. He subsequently completed his postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Organization, graduating from Anadolu University’s Health Institutions Management program in 2013. He is currently pursuing undergraduate education in Management Information Systems and Sociology.

Starting his career in 1997, Berk Ozdemir joined Omega CRO, Turkey’s first contract research organization, in 1999. He is a founding member of SAKDER (Association of Contract Research Organizations), established in 2009, and currently serves as the association’s president. He also serves on the board of directors of The European CRO Federation (EUCROF).

As the CEO of Omega CRO, Berk �zdemir is also the founder of Omega Genetik (Omega Genetic Diseases Evaluation Center), Omega �are Home Care Services, HelixLab Clinical Research R&D Laboratory, Bioligo Biotechnology, and Omega-Bio Biotechnology, as well as a managing partner of Synbiyotik Biotechnology.
