The Registration Desk will be open at the following times. Please follow signage to the EUCROF24 Registration Desk in the Hotel.

Sunday 18th Feb: 15:00-19:00
Monday 19th Feb: from 08:00
Tuesday 20th Feb: from 07:45 

Sunday Networking Night

Sunday Networking will be from 19:00-22:00 and is for those who are either booked as a Full Package or have booked to attend separately.

The Networking is held away from the Hotel. There will be shuttle buses taking guests from the Hotel to the venue. Buses will run between 18:45 and 19:30. Please arrive in reception of the hotel to take one of these buses. There will be 4 buses operating a free shuttle service and so there may be a short wait for one. Please arrive as early as possible to ensure you are able to take a shuttle.

The Networking Night includes food and drink (soft and alcoholic).

Shuttle buses will be available to take you back to the Hotel. These will operate between 21:30 and 22:15

Hotel Accommodation:

All hotel accommodation booked as part of your EUCROF24 booking will be in the conference hotel. You will not be provided with a specific booking reference for the hotel.

For queries or changes please contact the EUCROF24 event team, not the Marriott. 

Check-in from: 3:00 pm

Check-out by: 12:00 pm

Guests will just need to provide your name and ID (passport or equivalent) on check-in. Bookings are made on a Bed & Breakfast basis and all other charges will need to be paid for by the guest. 

EUCROF24 Event App

We are using Swapcard as the EUCROF24 Event App. You will receive a “magic link” by email to access this. Please download swapcard to your mobile device to use during EUCROF24.

Using the app allows you to book B2B meetings, create your own event schedule, and make networking contacts with other attendees.

Delegates are asked to wear their name badges (provided at registration) at all times including Sunday Night Networking. It is not necessary to wear name badges for the Conference Dinner on Monday.
