EUCROF Annual Conference 2025

2-4 February 2025, Copenhagen, Denmark

Welcoming nearly 350 professionals from over 240 organisations, EUCROF25 provided a dynamic platform for industry professionals to converge, collaborate, and catalyse advancements in clinical research. With a meticulously designed Conference programme, attendees learned about essential topics such as regulatory changes, clinical trial technologies, quality assurance, data management, and patient-centric approaches, as well as more specialised topics such as paediatrics and medical devices. 

EUCROF25 saw sponsorship and exhibition from a range of organisations, such as CROs, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, technology providers, regulatory bodies, and academia spanning all over Europe. 

2025’s Conference began with a Networking Evening at the  at the Copenhagen Distillery, where attendees began the event with an evening of fostering connections and exchanging ideas with fellow attendees in the gorgeous venue. The following evening, attendees dined with live entertainment at the Conference dinner, creating long-lasting professional connections. 

Over the following days, participants attended keynotes speeches, panel discussions, breakout sessions, live lounges, and met with exhibitors. EUCROF25 offered numerous opportunities for professional development and knowledge sharing across health and care research management.
