Rooms & Accessibility
Delegates are assigned rooms by the event organisers – for any amendments, requests or information, please contact us. The Okura rooms feature spacious, naturally lit interiors and a spacious desk. Large glass windows separate the bedroom and bathroom, complete with adjustable blinds.

The Okura offers a room adapted for disabled and wheelchair-bound guests. There are several permanent adaptions, as well as features that can be added depending on the specific needs. Please indicate access needs in your booking form.
Getting to the Venue
From Amsterdam Centraal Train Station
A 25-minute ride on Tram 12 (towards Amstelstation) will bring you to van Hilligaertstraat, which is 5 minutes from the Hotel. Other trams and buses also go towards the hotel. Plan your journey here.
