Logistics & Onsite Contact Information

Registration

Registration for the conference will be open in Hotel Okura at the following times in different locations, so please read carefully. 

  • Sunday 1st February: 14:00 -18:30 in the Conference Entrance Foyer (opposite Okura main entrance)
  • Monday 2nd February: from 08:00 on Okura Ballroom Foyer, on 1st Floor (access via Okura main entrance)
  • Tuesday 3rd February: from 08:00 in the Okura Ballroom Foyer (access via Okura main entrance)

Sunday Networking & Conference Dinner

Sunday Networking and the Conference Dinner are only open to registered attendees. Access will be checked via your name badge, which must be brought to both events. You can confirm your registration in the “Booked for” section at the top of this page.

Sunday Networking Night

19:00–22:00 (For guests booked on the Full Package or those who have booked separately)

The Networking Night takes place offsite from the hotels at: Kanteen25 (Kattenburgerstraat 5, Marineterrein, Gebouw 025 1018 JA Amsterdam)

Food and a welcome drink on arrival (soft and alcoholic) are included. A cash bar will be available for further drinks.

Transport to the venue
Hotel Okura Amsterdam
Please arrive in the hotel lobby by 18:15.
Coaches will depart promptly at 18:30.

Coaches will depart at 18:40.Please note there is a 10-minute walk from the coach drop-off point to Kanteen25.

Return transport
Please note: The networking venue must be vacated by 22:00.
Coaches back to the hotels will depart from the pick-up point (a 10-minute walk) starting at 21:45.
To catch the first coach, please leave the venue by 21:30.

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will take place in the main Plenary Room (Ballroom) at the Hotel Okura. The drinks reception will take place on the conference floor.

  • Drinks Reception: 19:30-20:00
  • Conference Dinner: 20:00-23:30

If you are not booked to attend the Conference Dinner you will not be permitted entrance. Guests allocated to hotel nhow Amsterdam must make their own way to/from the Conference Dinner. 

Special Requirements

Please review your special diet/access needs listed above. If updates are needed, please email conference@eucrof.eu, quoting your reference number.

  • Vegetarian options are provided as standard
  • Allergies/intolerances: speak to a Food & Beverage team member
  • Only delegates who pre-notified us of dietary requirements will be catered for
  • Conference Dinner: For any special dietary requirements, you will be guided to collect a coloured card upon entry and place in front of your plate.

Prepare your participation

Event App

Swapcard is the EUCROF26 Event App. You will receive a “magic link” by email to access this. Please download Swapcard to your mobile device to use during the event and start selecting your sessions. 
Using the app allows you to book B2B meetings, create your own event schedule, and make networking contacts with other attendees. 

Please select your sessions and build your schedule as soon as possible, this helps us allocate the right room sizes and ensures the best experience for all delegates.
Note: Sunday Networking and the Conference Dinner cannot be booked through the app.
